About Me
My Client-First Philosophy
There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

That said, in my experience as a Seattle real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

So when you decide that you'd like to buy or sell a home in the Seattle areas, please contact me.

I agree with the info below - but would also recommend you check out the Kress IGA Supermarket that opened earlier this summer. It's located at 1423 3rd Ave. In addition to standard super market fare, they carry gourmet goods from local companies. They're open daily from 7a.m. - 10p.m. Enjoy! - Mon Jul 28 2008, 19:56

I was just looking on seattle.craigslist.org and there were quite a few available in West Seattle. I would recommend the Fauntleroy area, it's close to Lincoln Park and there is plenty of room for dog walking. If you search on craigslist, you can specify dog-friendly to limit your search results. Good luck with your search! - Sun Jul 6 2008, 17:48

I currently live in Shorewood (near Seola Beach) - it's a straight shot up 116th to Ambaum, to 509 to the airport. My husband and I both have travelled extensively for work and in the worst traffic the most time it's ever taken is 25 minutes - usually it's a breeze. This area is great because it's close to all that West Seattle offers - while still being fairly close to downtown Seattle. We've been really happy here.
This month's issue of Seattle Metropolitan magazine also features Burien which is another option close to the airport.

Good Luck! - Tue May 20 2008, 17:09

Everyone below makes great remarks about all the different Seattle neighborhoods have to offer. I would recommend picking up a copy of the May issue of Seattle Metropolitan magazine. It has some great summary information about the hottest neighborhoods as well as some of the up and comers. There's also a great pullout that compares many of the Seattle neighborhoods. Good luck on the move - I think you'll love it here. - Tue May 20 2008, 16:58
