MY SERVICE PHILOSOPHY
Buying or selling a home is a very exciting event but can also be somewhat confusing and frustrating. As a Windermere agent, your satisfaction is my top priority. I pride myself in communicating to everyone involved in the purchase or sale of your home. From the very start, I will listen to your buying/selling objectives. Once a buyer or home is found I will focus on negotiating the sale in your best interests and keep you continually updated throughout the transaction process. I will endeavor to answer all of your questions in a timely and informed manner, drawing on all of my resources and my extensive real estate network. Rest assured, I’ll be there every step of the way and at your service long after the sale has closed.
MY EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
In order to competently represent my clients, I feel it’s important to keep up with the latest in educational offerings in the real estate profession. In addition to regular clock hour courses and a standard real estate license I also hold a broker's license. As an Associate Broker, I believe I've shown my continuing commitment to my profession and my clients. I also regularly attend classes to enhance my marketing and negotiating skills and hold a BA from the University of Washington.

Don't close old accounts, Keep balances below 35% of credit limit, Always pay on time, Ask creditors to increase your limit but don't use it! Check your report often at
