Frank,
Work with your County MLS where the property is located or you can use a local Realtor.

Lana,
The $2000.00 settlement help given to the buyer is actually a price reduction taken as a credit to the buyer at settlement. You will pay transfer taxes on the $2000.00 and maybe real estate commission. Take those cost into account when figuring your bottom line.

Since Sussex County is one of the Best places to retire, according to AARP, I love to work with out of state Boomers who are going to retire soon. The tax structure is advantageous to retirees. I also enjoy working with first time hombuyers.
However, I do everything that Realtors do, list properties, and assist buyers. I can help with new and existing homes, lots and land, as well as commericial properties.
