About Me

I have been in Real Estate or related positions such as mortgage broker/escrow officer for more than 30 years, sold in three different states,New Jersey...my home town,California 13 years,my adopoted town and I landed in Scottsdale Arizona. Quite different than anywhere that I have lived before,but what a beautiful place to land,anything that you can wish for is here except 70 degree weather in August. Referrals are most important, friends and co-workers that have actually had a working relationship with an agent in your area,I have never steered anyone wrong ,after leaving a state and giving a name to a future client looking for an agent they could depend on. Thats really the best marketing we can do for ourselves or our clients,referral,refferal,refferal . A good agent has all the parts to complete a sale,escrow company,mortgage people,inspectors etc.,although you will be offered choices,that agent can make it happen. - Sat Mar 15 2008, 20:52
