Another possible aternative would be to have your husband see if the company would make up some or all of the amount of your loss on your home as part of the relocation package. We do several relocation listings each year and recently the sellers have all been in the same situation as you and your husband. Sometimes the company helps out and sometimes they don't. But it doesn't hurt to ask the company to do something. Good luck.

Troy, if you were asking about the property in Ancala, yes, it is still available. - Wed Oct 29 2008, 16:50
Richard Dobbles answered:
Hello, Troy. Like Paul said, this home is available for lease at $10,000/month or purchase at $2.5 million. It is located in Ancala which is a great area in North Scottsdale. The downpayment depends on the type of financing you choose. I notice the seller is offering 100% financing which may be something to consider. Let me know if there is any way I can help you with this property.

No one knows for sure if they would entertain your offer until you try. One thing to consider is that IndyMac is no longer around. I am not sure who took over their business.

Andrea, this home is not a foreclosure. It is a short sale which means the seller owes more than the current value of the home. I would be happy to help you find a great foreclosure property in the area.
