About Me

Formerly, a Contractor’s daughter I am now, "The Contractor’s Wife.” No, I did not marry my father. I am fortunate enough to carry on the family business with the man I married 24 years ago. Greg is a wonderfully talented craftsman with the same hard work ethic and talent of my father. He is a builder with, “Tools in his toolbox.” Greg knows how to get the job done right!

I grew up in Missouri watching my parent’s build and sell homes. The things I observed taking naps as a toddler in the closets of the homes they built by hand have carried over into my adult life.

I am currently the Broker / Owner of Casa Buena Realty and Casa Buena Construction. I specialize in the new Custom Home market in Scottsdale. I have been in Scottsdale for 30 years and I Love It! Sorry to hear about your Mother. I hope you have success soon.

I would have to agree with most of the answers. As a Seller myself, I recognize the price driven market.
You most likely need to lower your price below $100,000 or rent it out. We are coming into our peak tourist season, not to mention all of the hundreds of people that can't afford their homes. Good Scottsdale rentals are hard to come by in the right location.

What part of Scottsdale is it in? If the property is at all close to ASU you can really appeal to the college market.
