What restaurants would you recommend in Phoenix?

For upscale dining, you cannot beat Binkley's (located in the town of Cave Creek north of Phoenix). It was just voted the Best Restaurant by AZCentral.com and the delicious menu changes all of the time. It is a small venue, so be sure to call ahead for reservations. For more casual dining with excellent food, try Postino located at 40th and Campbell - the bruschetta is great. Other great ones are Sea Saw (Old Town Scottsdale) , Eddie V's (referenced below) and Bourbon Steak (Scottsdale Princess.) Hope this helps and enjoy!
