It really depends on when you bought your home. Do you have enough equity to sell without being upside down? Homes are selling in this market if they are priced right. There is a lot of inventory on the market but most of it needs too much work to be in 'move-in' condition. Just keep in mind if you sell high you will buy high and if you sell low you can buy low. - Sun May 25 2008, 16:25
