The $250K price range should afford your daughter many homes in the Central & Southern (Pima Rd. & McDowell) areas of Scottsdale. I just sold a clien's property in South Scottsdale at approx. 1,400 Sq. Ft, 2 bdm/2ba with 2 car garage & pool for $265K. She move to a beaututiful gated community in North Scottsdale (Shea Blvd. & Via Linda) with community pool and 1,500 sq. ft for $350,000. I am happy to help your daughter in any way that I can. At $211 per sq. ft you're getting a wonderful value! (Remember, buyers determine market prices, not sellers) Grayhawk values will certainly rise dramtically over the coming years with the Westcor Mall across Scottsdale Rd.to the West, the DMB development South of Thompson Peak & of course DC Ranch to the East. Call me if you need some assistance in your search. I live just minutes North of Grayhawk & office out of Troon North near The Four Seasons.
