Hi Emma, I would have to say that this site, Trulia, might have received the wrong information for homes listed OR the school district is pulled by zip code so it does not differentiate. Please contact us if you would like any specific information on any house you see here on trulia or any other sites. info@tritowngroup.com - Fri May 2 2008, 07:44
Well within 1/2 mile of the property.
Active Now, 14 properties, $55k-200k
Pending, 4 Properties, $54k-145k
Sold in last 3 months, 5 properties, $59k-110k
I see that that property was just purchased. Has there been updating?

I would be happy to help you with that info. if you could tell me the general size of your property with bed/bath info, i can give you more accurate details. Mark@MarkBorst.com - Thu Apr 24 2008, 09:42
That is a great question. I'm going to assume you mean 46373 (Saint John, IN) There are many factors that come in to play. First of all there are actually two school districts that are within 46373. Also depends on the features and or qualities that you are looking for in a house. I specialize in the 46373 area and would be glad to answer specific things for you. I would strongly encourage you whether its my team or any REALTOR that you have someone representing you as the buyer. If you are talking directly to the builders and/or the agent that is selling the house( they work for the builder) you are not getting the representation you deserve, the best part is that buyer representation is paid for by the seller and/or builder. Discuss with your agent before you release money, you may be entitlted to damages if the buyer backed out with no contractual reason. In IN it is up to 15% on contract price. - Thu Apr 3 2008, 00:48
What is the property worth based on comps and condition. House aren't always priced right so starting from the asling price usually isn't the best place to start. - Thu Apr 3 2008, 00:18
