The best way to ensure you are seeing everything on the market in the specific school district is to work with an agent. They can set you up with automatic listing from MLS the minute they come on the market and fit your criteria. Invite your agent to ActiveRain.com They will then have the option to create a user account and add their listings to the site. It will also allow them to link this site with their personal real estate site so that they may offer further information to consumers who might view your home. This is really a great site to have your home featured on. It also takes top rank on the search engines... Especially if someone "Googles" your address! Try it out!

You may want to try to clean up your cookies and temporary internet files. Sometimes this effects the way content via the web pulls up. Right click on your internet explorer and go to internet properties. Next delete temporary files or cookies. After you complete this process, try to open the site again and sign on. If this does not work, contact trulia directly
