Well, VA finances completed homes only. If this is the one that is part of a belgian block, then it just was listed a week ago and looks done according to the pictures, however depending upon how much you're putting down, as well as how much you've been approved for, it may be a little pricey. Besides, on the listing they will not accept VA or FHA, only cash, conventional or something called a 1031 exchange. There are many homes available thru VA, if you are already working with an agent, just tell them your criteria, they should be able to find you homes to consider. Remember you don't pay them, the seller does, and it comes out of the commission the have already aggreed to pay the listing agent, so make the agent earn the money. If you are not already working with an agent, and I can be of any further assistance, let me know.
