This is one of a handful of similar homes for sale in the gated Landings subdivision on Skidaway Island. You're still in Savannah, but you feel like you're on your own private island - and the homes are arranged like few subdivisions (you don't feel like you're sitting on top of each other, and there's lovely and lush landscaping). Definately an oasis, especially this winter!
It's certainly a buyer's market with many homes for sale. LaTrelle answered your first questions - let me know if I can answer any others or send you more homes, pics, Savannah info.
