Gary Sund answered:
The seller is going to have to write a Hardship Letter for the lender. If they drag their feet you suffer, is there an agent ? If so, they have to produce a Net Proceeds Statment for the lender if no agent, you should do it.
Check to see if there may be any "mechanics liens" and get the tradesperson to file it. That will bring the bank to their knees ! - Thu Sep 11 2008, 08:35
