Cedars East have some of the most flexible rental rules on Longboat Key. They have a minimum stay of 2 weeks.
This great community is very popular with Tennis buffs. It is located on the Bay side of Longboat Key, but you can get to the beach by walking across the street at the Beach Access or by a short drive to the public beach.
The townhomes themselves are very spacious inside and have garages with them. There is a hiking trail and also a pier on the bay for bird watching, etc.
The property known as Cedars West across the street also has the same rental policies & is a gulf front community. Both communities have heated pools.
