Hi Broadway Promenade is at rental cap. There may be a couple of spots available.Please contact a property manager in the area to help you with this. I personnally recommed Brenda Cozy at Coldwell Banker downtown office (office located between both locations). She can be reached at 941-366-8070 (office number). We are on the intracoastal, to get to the beach you would bike or drive over the bridge, past st armand's circle of shops then there is Lido Key beach. great sunsets!
