Although I dont have official demographics, I would say from observing when I show property that the Landings is not heavily populated with kids.Thats not to say they arent there, and its a beautiful community. However, as an option, the majority of my clients with kids love Palmer Ranch - specifically Turtle Rock , Wellington Chase and the Hamptons - which are all overflowing with kids. Although not gated, the Gulf Gate area is very close to Siesta Key and also has alot of children.
I live on Palmer Ranch and have raised my kids here - We love these neighborhoods for the great schools, sheer amount of families, and yes, proximity to Siesta Key.
