About Me
Jan Petters of Team Vitale is a Sales Associate with Coldwell Banker Real Estate at St. Armands Circle in Sarasota and has been a full time realtor since 1992, completing and receiving several designations, including her GRI accreditation (Graduate of Realtor Institute) in 2005 and her TRC accreditation (Transnational Referral Certification) in 2007.

I moved here seven years ago from Pittsburgh so I have definitely been in your shoes. Knowing what I know now, I would advise you to focus on getting to know well some of the communities that you want to specialize in, join a great company (like our Coldwell Banker office) that gives you training, support and a good broker/manager, and get a good internet presence.
Sarasota is gorgeous and a wonderful, friendly town to live in. But it is an extremely competitive market and marketing yourself is important.
