Manatee County, Florida Resident for 12 years. 20 years of experience in Investment properties, purchase of second /vacation homes, new construction homes, rental property management, restoration of properties, purchase and sale of condo's and single family homes. I currently work with buyers to find the best deal possible, including showing short sale and foreclosure properties.
Previously, I was employed by Manatee County Board of Education for 7 years.
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin/Marketing from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst. Also, completed a professional certificate program for Paralegal Studies from Northeastern University. Boston, Mass.
I am constantly educating myself by participating in classes with local realty boards and Coldwell Banker University .
I am a Certified eMarketing Specialist and a Certified Negotiation Specialist.

Get it signed and in WRITING, try to work it out. the attorney handling the closing should be called for opinion here. the change in dates will effect the HUD sheet.

It's a great time to shop and get versed on the market.
There are some great opportunites in certain neighborhoods. It depends where you are looking and what you are looking for. Starter homes and condo's are well priced. There are some amazing bargains.
