I was born in Maryland and worked for AT&T in the customer service part of the communications business for many years, then transferred to Orlando in 1983. I have been visiting Southwest Florida for 23 years and loving every minute of it, so we moved here in 2005!

Besides my family, grandkids and Shih-Tzu, I enjoy boating, fishing, gardening and arts and crafts to name a few! With my customers, I care about making a difference! I know people are entrusting me to help them with one of the biggest decisions they will make in their lifetime and that is something I take to heart.

You should be able to go to the county clerk of the court public record search. If it is Miami Dade it should be on this site: http://www.miami-dadeclerk.com/public-records/pubsearch.asp just copy and paste to your URL. Good luck - make sure you talk to the lienholder or lender to try to negotiate with them. If not let me know and we can find you an agent to assiste you with a "short sale" which may work better than a foreclosure. It is never too late unless you have had a sale date to the lienholder.
