the rental market is very good. As we speak with all the short sales and foreclosures, it has been some time since the rental market is actually cash flowing.. Homes are selling for much less these days than than several years ago making it work for investors covering their expenses.. When the market turns around the investors with rental homes will be able to re-sell them making a good return on their investments..... or keep them for investment purposes.

The answer is yes, yes, and yes. Unheard of a couple years back, but there are many homes that will fit into your needs. Sellers have been forced to take less as the inventory has risen dramatically. We have in Sarasota county roughly a 15 month supply of inventory on hand. This won't last forever as we are seeing the market starting to stabilize. Rates are still low and buyers are realizing its "time to Buy" .

Sarasota county has a great school system. Included are a number of charter schools that have been given very high marks as well as private and parochial schools.
