About:

For seventeen amazing years I have been serving my community's residential and investment real estate needs. Each family, each home and each person has unique qualities and requirements. My many years of committed professionalism, continuing education and experience give me the tools, qualities and the capability to make buying or selling a home or income property an outstanding event in the lives of my clients.

To understand my priorities, let me share a few things with you. To provide excellent service an agent must be well educated and be a great communicator: I have bachelor of arts degree from the University of California, Berkeley. I have held a real estate broker's license for sixteen years (the highest licensing available and held to the highest standard). I continue my education constantly with classes and coursework designed to keep me on the forefront of changing technology, the law and excellent client service.

Ethics are also of the highest value to me. I have served on the Ethics committee of my local board of Realtors for several years and have just been appointed to serve on the Professional Standards Committee.

Service to my community is essential. I have served as president of the Alliance of Parents and Teachers for the Bennett Valley Union School District and now serve as Chairperson for our District's Site Council. I come from a family of teachers committed to children and learning.

I am passionate and enthusiastic about the work that I do and am grateful for the many friends I've made through my work.

Areas of Expertise
The first 9 years of my career in real estate were focused strictly on income producing commercial, industrial and live-work space. Since moving to Santa Rosa in 1998 I have added residential real estate representation- I love helping people find just the right home or sell a current home so they can make their next move. In addition to my experince serving my client's residential and real estate investment needs, I personally invest in real estate. Developing, stuarding, managing, buying and selling investment real estate gives me an extra area of expertise. It's one thing to advise people on building wealth through real estate and another to acutally do it personally.

I am a Certified Pre-Foreclosure Specialist and a Certified Short Sale Specialist. At this time there are less than 200 desginees in the State of California.
