"Dear prospective real estate buyer, We are writing this letter in support of Sandy Miller, so others can enjoy an efficient, uncomplicated real estate purchasing experience. Sandy proved to be extremely great to work with. Aside from meeting basic expectations of prompt responses to communications, both by e-mail and phone, etc. she is always available for the extra mile. May that be showing at an odd time, or an impromptu meeting to discuss concerns about a property that has reached some level of consideration. About properties. After meeting with Sandy and discussing our budget, expectations with regard to locations, size of lot and house, and style issues, we were consistently directed toward properties that met our criteria to an extent that we would want to investigate further. This made our house hunting efficient, with minimal wasted showings of properties that we did not find appealing for one reason or another. What Sandy is great at, is understanding what we wanted in a general big picture way, including the kind of balance of compromises that we would be happy to make. Additionally, and very important, we did have the sense, and still do months after our purchase, that Sandy was our advcate and trying hard to get us the best overall deal possible. We never had the impression that the primary interest being served was hers. Especially this latter point has not always been true with other realtor experiences we have had. There is absolutely no question that we would select Sandy Miller as our realtor again. As a matter of fact, for one of us, it was the second real estate purchase with Sandy as the agent."
