As a Professional Realtor, I look forward to working with people in attaining their Real Estate Investment needs. My credentials include:
- Prudential Fine Homes Specialist
- E-mail Certified
- Certified Commercial Investment Manager Candidate (CCIM)
- Member of the Santa Fe Chamber of Commerce
- Member of the Santa Fe Association of Realtors
- Member of the Realtors Association of New Mexico
- Member of the National Association of Realtors
I received my Bachelor's Degree in Finance from New Mexico State University. Then joined my father in Real Estate in 1977. Since then I have served the public in various capacities from Sales Agent, Leasing Agent to Owner/Broker of my own firm. I currently serve as the Commercial Director for the Oshara Village, a self-sustained Residential Community located in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
I have lived in New Mexico all of my life and have a strong connection to our communities that are a part of the Land of Enchantment. On a personal note, I enjoy the outdoors and stay physically active. I am a part-time certified ski instructor (PSIA Level III) in the winter and White Water Guide on the Rio Grande during the summer. I also enjoy mountain biking in the Rocky Mountains and an occasional game of Racquetball. The area around Santa Fe offers great opportunities to explore and enjoy the beauty and abundance that exists.
In terms of working with my clients, I like to think of myself as a teacher of Real Estate Investment. I want my clients to come away from a transaction with more knowledge and in-depth understanding as a result of our association. My goal is to use my knowledge and expertise to inform and guide clients and to insure a smooth transaction from beginning to end. My philosophy: "Santa Fe is my home. I want you to know Santa Fe so that you too can call it home."
"We found exactly what we wanted, made an offer that day, accepted a counter the next day and closed two weeks later. It couldn't have been better or smoother. And Rose & Pat couldn't have been more helpful, knowledgeable, professional and just plain pleasant. We had a great real estate experience we made some new friends in our new second home. We can't wait to get back to the high desert. Our thanks to Rose & Pat for all their help."

Pat Brown, CCIM Candidate answered:
Let me ask you a question. Do you have to sell your house to move? Sometimes looking at the opportunity of leasing your house will allow you to move and be able to buy a home where you settle. There are management firms in all communities that can help you take care of your property after you move. As the market improves, you can look at the opportunity of selling without possible losses. Good luck to you. - Mon Jun 30 2008, 10:08
