I am particularly proud of handling some difficult Short-Pay properties for our clients, helping them get out of financial trouble with their mortgages.
We have been able to assist several clients recently in buying homes whom everyone else turned down. It feels great to help someone who thought they would never be able to buy. What a good feeling that is for us.

Too many Real Estate acheivement awards to mention. I have won listing awards, volume awards and satisfaction awards but the ones I am happiest about is when a client call me after several years and tells me they are ready to move again.
Knowing that they remember me and the job we did for them is a great feeling. Better than all the peer related awards I ever received.
Interests
I volunteer with several animal groups who rescue and place dogs in good homes.I love dogs and have several myself.

I read alot about pretty much everything.

I love to knit and crochet and everyone I know has a home-made afghan. It is fun and relaxing.

I also live to sail and had a Sailboat of my own for a long time.
