Hi Mary,
Using our Santa Clarita real estate website, you can find out info about every single foreclosure on the market, and those that still have yet to hit the maket. The home on Amphora is located at 24018 Amphora, and it became bank owned at the Trustee Sale Oct 27, 2008. So, this home will soon hit the market as a bank owned home - but its not for sale yet. Sometimes they take weeks, or even months to get it ready and listed for sale after taking it back via foreclosure.
If you want to be one of the 1st people to place an offer on this home once it becomes available - I can get you that opportunity. Also, if you have questions about any other foreclosure on the market - just contact us via our webiste - link is below. In the meantime, you can search every single foreclosure on the market (No Registration Required) via our website, and we will get you the real address to those that arent on the market yet. We can also provide you with in depth foreclosure reports for each home that isn't even on the market yet, but likely will be. Its good stuff!

Hello there, I will say that is pretty odd for an REO property to not have an answer for 2 weeks. It sounds more like an unapproved short sale to me. We have sold many REO properties in the last 8 months or so, (especially in Castaic) and the longest turn around time that we have seen is about a week... it is usually a couple of days. Assumming that it is an REO property, usually the asset managers don't get personal... especially if there is multiple offers. They will look at the net amount that the bank will receive in order to maximize the return of their individual portfolios. They will also look at how well your individual offer is written, and your ability to close escrow. I hope this helps, and feel free to contact us to answer any other questions via our website. or phone. Best of luck to you, and hopefully we can be of assistance, Sincerely The Scv Agents - Mon Nov 10 2008, 12:18

Hi Jen, You should contact a full time Realtor who specializes in Santa Clarita Real Estate. If the home is in Santa Clarita, or Stevenson Ranch, or other nearby area...just give me a call. My office is on The Old Rd @ Realty Executives, and either myself, or someone on my team can show you the home tomorrow (Sunday)...or whichever day you prefer, assuming the home is still available. You can contact us at 661-964-1760, or my cell, 661-373-2374. Let us know which home you had in mind, and we'll get you some additional details on it. Our website is linked below...check that out! - Sun Oct 26 2008, 01:42

Hi Ashley, most of them do indeed get listed in the local MLS that represents the Santa Clarita/Valencia area. We have a list specifically of these homes at our website, and various ways to search them since there are various types of foreclosure property (REOs, pre-foreclosures, and homes about to go to auction/trustee sale).
Go to our local Santa Clarita/Valencia area website, referenced below...and check out our Santa Clarita foreclosure search tools that we offer to our clients. We even have the tool broken down by area for you.
As far as how to buy one...once you've identified a home that is bank owned/REO, we help you submit an offer that makes sense, and we negotiate with the listing broker on your behalf to make it successful. We've helped numerous people this year get into bank owned homes. We can probably help you too.
