Wonderful especiall with all the folks today loosing their homes to foreclosure, may have had great credit in their past before the rising mortgage rate. I have all my tenants provide me with a credit report so I can work with the landlord to determine if they are a good risk. Let me know If I can help http://www.JeanSOLDMyHouse.com - Fri Apr 18 2008, 05:07

We are looking for a second home in the Cape.

Sandwich beaches are beautiful (as are Dennis and Brewster). Check out http://www.mmr.org to see where the plumes from Otis are going, you'll find that E. Sandwich is far away form them and the majority are heading towards Mashpee and Falmouth anyways. MA state law requires a signed disclosure to be attached to all RE transactions including the 4 abutting towns to OTIS (including Sandwich). My specialty are bank owned properties right now and my website has wonderful values for today's buyer. ww.JeanSOLDMyHouse.com for a FREE search. Hope to hear more from you if I can get more info or help. - Fri Apr 18 2008, 04:59
