Most of the available turn-key properties (ready to occupy) are now listed on our Multiple Listing Service instead of just being available from the builder. Prices have dropped about $300,000 and are defiinetly a good deal. The golf course will be a PGA course, the location is excellent and there is a brand new state of the art elementary school on location. Surrounding area homes have also dropped proporionatly but still hold the best values in Hayward...
