how much is reasonable for saville plan 3 and plan 4?

Dear Mina,

Hope you're doing well. In my experience looking at the sold homes at Saville, Plan 3s have gone for $415/sq ft and lower and Plan 4s have gone for $397/sq ft and lower. As you know, many factors go into the pricing of a particular homesite (lot premium, lot size, delivery date, distinctive features, whether it's back on the market, current or previous release and more etc.). Also, perhaps Abz is referring to homes at Saville for Plans 3 and 4 that maybe currently pending for which data is not yet available.

While the communities - Oliveta & Fioli may fall within certain school attendance boundaries, you may want to call in to find out about more about attendance boundaries, enrollment, diversions etc. You can also visithttp:// www.srvusd.net for each of schools webpages for more detailed insight into each school.

Hope you're doing well. Currently, the Paloma Plan 1s are sold out until the next release which is slated for relatively soon. I have been tracking communities in Windemere for my clients and have up to date pricing, price/sq ft, price trending information. Donald, in his response, has also alluded to some of the detailed research.

The 6/19/08 price of Paloma had one Plan 1 homesite listed at original price $955,500 and at incentive price $895,500.

Hope you're doing well. To add to the breadth of discussion here, I run detailed analysis on recent sales, run price/sq ft. etc to negotiate for my clients.

What I've found in the subset of info, I've sliced and diced is that the price for the Paloma Plan 1 runs approximately:
Community/Plan/PricePerSqFt/SqFt
Paloma Plan 1 $310 - $367 2599

The closest it ever got (again in the subset of info) to $800K was approx $806K in Nov-07.
