What banks currently offer apartment building loans over 5 million?

Luther Burbank Saving is offering apartment loans up to $7 million. I am a senior loan officer there so please contact me if I can help you with this. We have a variety of programs including
· Quarterly adjustable – 12 MAT index
· 3-Year Fixed (ARM)
· 5-Yr Fixed (ARM)
· 30-Year Terms / 30 Yr Amortizations
· Reduced Debt Coverage for qualified properties and borrowers – as low as .80:1
· Interest only option
· Cash-Out Refinances (not available for Reduced Debt Coverage programs)
· Stated Income
