About Me

I have been involved in Real Estate in the San Francisco-Bay Area for over 22 years. I specialize in Real Estate sales, Short Sales and a complex and challenging REO dispositions, including high and low value homes, damaged properties, partly unfinished properties, poor markets, and long-term holdings. In addition to direct listings and real estate agent referrals, I broker sales of REO portfolios between financial institutions and offer customized services, including the management, repairs, and blind custom inspections.
My company created unique "Short Sale" program enabling home sellers understand and fell secure in transaction. I teach Real Estate to people who desire to learn the field and become a licensed Real Estate professional in California. In addition I frequently conduct Real Estate Seminars passing to audience latest trends in Real Estate industry

It just OK. I would be not advising to rent house east of El Camino Real. There are number of rentals west of Hudson street (around Woodside Av) . There are number of REo's (bank own) properties that could be purchased for" cheap" in Redwood City.
