The issue with speaking to any buyer is that an agency relationship may be created. As soon as a conversation with a buyer about a particular house becomes substantive, that agent is creating an agency relationship with that buyer. My suggestion is that you contact Frank Vento. He lives in Pescadero and knows the area inside out. Purchasing raw land is a specialty. There's a lot to know about it. Frank is a great friend and excellent realtor.
