Bonnie Maloney answered:
If you are not happy with your present realtor you should let them know. You might be able to salvage the workign relationship, but if not, fire them. buying a home is an important step in your life and you want to know you have the very best representaion. If you have pre-existing offers the agent that wrote the offer is the agent that would represent you. - Sat Jun 27 2009, 16:11
