"We have known Bill McCord for the better part of two decades now. He has helped us with both of our houses as well as our parents, most of our siblings, and some of our friends. Bill provides a truly complete package including everything from listing and selling your current home, finding and buying your new home, and all of the financing and paperwork in-between. I have recently retired from the high-technology computer communications market and now am with a non-profit and non-taxable ministry providing financial and estate planning for Christians. We work with individual members through private counseling and planning to develop and maintain their personal financial and estate plans. The best thing I can say about Bill is he is an absolute expert at only showing you your perfect next home. He starts by spending enough time with you through personal interviews to discover your complete and true needs and dreams. Then he takes you to a couple of test homes to verify and refine his target. And then from that point on, he will only take you to absolutely perfect future homes. This is very respectful of your time and completely eliminates the normal process of most other real estate people taking you to dozens of homes and just hoping that one of them will eventually interest you. The best thing I can say about Bill that I was told by another real estate industry professional happened on our second home. We were at the title company signing all of the documents when the manager of the loan officers came in and told me, "I don't know what you are paying Bill, but this loan rate was only available for 15 minutes during the last two weeks and he got it for you".
