About Me
In addition to being a Realtor who has sold condos and single family residential, I recently joined Trulia as an employee and am excited to see Internet develop into a powerful ally for consumers and professionals alike. I have lived in the South Bay of the San Francisco Bay Area for over 25 years and am glad to say that is one of the best places on earth to live.

My career began in 2005 with Coldwell Banker Stevens Creek and within a short period of time, sold many homes. I also worked with regional and national homebuilders and marketing companies ranging from KB Home, Shea Homes, Centex, Toll Brothers, The Mark Company, Pacific Marketing Associates, and many others. Currently, I am with BayCal of Milpitas and am able to offer both loan and real estate consultation.

Buying or selling a home is one of the most emotional decisions one can make. The modern consumer in the Information Technology Age is looking for comprehensive and accurate information to make well-informed decisions. Being a Customer Service Rep. at Trulia allows me the privilege of contributing to the real estate sales and marketing revolution.

Is any API or FTP url for importing listing in ur site?

The best way to submit your listings is through an XML data feed. All you would need to do is submit the feed URL by emailing customerservice@trulia.com or by replying to this post. Three items for you to correct...

1. The "I" in "Id" is spelled incorrectly. You have it as the letter after "k". It should be a capital "i".

3. Detached Single Family should be Single-Family Home.

Your feed was accepted but there was a bug in our system that prevented your feed from making it live to your website. Our engineer is investigating and we expect your listings to be live on Trulia by tomorrow. Thank you for your patience.
