Good question! In my experience as a broker, manager and trainer, I have seen many methods for keeping track of appointments, action plans, marketing plans and life in general.
Here are the tools that I see most of the agents using, and they are in no particular order:
Microsoft Outlook, both with and without Pat Zaby's Respond addin; TopProducer, AgentOffice and of course the good old reliable paper DayTimer!
TP contiues to be the "gold standard" according to most users, but if you are familiar with Outlook, the by all means consider the Zaby Respond product.
