Mark is the very definition of the phrase "Can Do."
You'll sense that in an instant. He has boundless energy. He can toggle effortlessly between the big picture and minutia.
But then, what would you expect from a graduate of Davis, who studied genetics, biochemistry, and physiology, went on to get an MBA and then spent ten years traveling the world as an umpire for the men's professional tennis? There's more to his story of course, but suffice it to say the he has spent his most recent years as a REALTOR® -- a top producer representing buyers, sellers, and investors involved with all types of properties.

"Mr. Mark Benjamin comes highly recommended as an exceptional realtor. His professional demeanor and vast knowledge of the real estate market scratches only the surface of the qualities Mark offered to conduct the seamless and prosperous sale of two of my TIC units in San Francisco.
From the onset of our relationship, Mark was engaged and attentive, enabling him to understand my situation to optimize the multiple listings that parlayed to the most beneficial result. He always had my best interest in mind.
Mark’s marketing acumen and detail to attention was notable through his professional showmanship, consistent advertising message and high quality sales collateral that drew crowds of brokers, agents and buyers through the properties, ushering several offers on the property that allowed me to be in the driver’s seat.
An added asset of Mark, and most welcomed one, was his ability to translate and provide guidance of the complexities inherent in the multi-layered financial structure required of a TIC.
Reflected in Mark’s business transactions, is his passionate and commitment. In one of many cases, Mark went beyond the call of duty, taking an emergency call from the new residing property owner at ten o’clock in the evening. He unconditionally responded by immediately meeting the contractor at the site, putting the owner’s mind at ease and remedying the situation.
I cannot recommend Mark enough and will definitely use him for my next real estate venture, whether buying or selling.
Sincerely,
Stephen A. Keene"

Mark A. Benjamin answered:
One way of getting into real estate but having a regular paycheck would be to work as an assistant to a more experienced agent. This way you get the best of both worlds a paycheck and you will learn from a successful agent. Another way that you might try if you are a detailed oriented individual is to offer your services as a transaction coordinator. As you build your real estate business you could wean yourself off of doing transaction coordination. These are just a few possibilities. - Sat Aug 23 2008, 10:41
