Hi Nicole,

Do you mean the Portola District or Portola Ave? It makes a difference in terms of selling. I would recommend to first find out what your house may sell for and how long it will take before you take this huge risk in this very unpredictable market. You may be better off to rent for a short while to avoid the stress of having to carry two mortgages.
