Bernal has come and....almost said gone, but it's still hot. Not like it was, and definitely not a diamond in the rough.. Look to Glen Park or Diamond Heights for some real gems.

You're too vague. What is a "good buy" to us, might not be to you. Some people consider $5M a "good buy". You need to provide your price range if you want an honest opinion. - Tue Apr 1 2008, 21:23
