Are your clients asking for more than digital stills, especially on higher end listings? Take a look at the link below. It has been said that video shows better detail and creates a more emotional connection with a property. - Sun Jul 13 2008, 15:00

So the issue here is that agents, at least savvy ones, can and will produce their own content. Whether it be digital stills, virtual tours or a full blown video, agents will create the content themselves?
Wouldn't you agree that there are many agents who are too busy being agents to also wear other hats? By the way, I appreciate your point of view...its why I asked the question in my original posting. - Thu Jul 10 2008, 17:11
It's a great point you make, Mark. There is certainly an opportunity to create your own content. Do agents have the time to shoot their own listings, as well as the technical know-how to edit and upload a quality video? Also, if you are the listing agent on a $100,000,000 home, wouldn't you think that your client would appreciate a professional shooting the video? - Thu Jul 10 2008, 16:58
Thanks, Eric. Do you think that realtors are more interested in shooting their own content, or would they turn to a professional to produce videos of their listings? - Thu Jul 10 2008, 13:46
From video home tours to agent profiles to neighborhood tours, Made Green has you covered.
