LICENSED REAL ESTATE BROKER
I have been licensed to sell Real Estate in California since 1992. After an 8 year career selling office equipment and running an office equipment sales office, I realized I needed a change professionally.
In 1998, I switched my focus to Real Estate and have been one of the TOP PRODUCERS in the Century 21 System ever since. By achieving such a high level of performance, I believe I have shown my dedication to the needs and wants of my clients.
I take pride in my work ethic and comfortable style of communication, and feel that they have helped me succeed in making the REAL ESTATE ADVENTURE smooth and enjoyable for my clients. With this performance level, however, comes certain expectations and responsibilities, and I understand that. I feel that going beyond the expectation level of my clients is the best way to prove my worth and build their trust.
I, also, really enjoy working with people and want to make sure that they know and understand the process, as well as their rights in the process. This attitude is one way that helps to make sure that my clients BEST INTERESTS are covered.

Hi Xihui,
Your question is a good one. Any Real Estate agent with access to the MLS can provide you with that information. If you'd like some help, let me know.

Hi Rainbow,
The best way to get information like this is to call the local Police Department and talk with them. They are usually filled with good information. It's on Williams, I believe. - Fri Jun 13 2008, 14:21
Hey Mike,
WOW, did you get some great responses. Some here in The City and others from a great distance. They all put out some perfect questions but the common theme is one of "comfortability and trust". The best way to get this in a short period of time is to interview a couple/few and ask for a list of people that you can talk to. Be careful with this list because any agent should be able to pick people to give them positive referrals.
I liked the Grenier groups answer coupled with Deborah's answer. However, I'd also include some questions surrounding the ideas of Tenants Rights, TIC/Condo, Mulitple Offers and basic neighborhood knowledge of the areas your interested in.
All in all, a very good question/response session.
Take care

Hey Mike,
I just tried to answer the other question but it was pulled.
The condo market is a very pocketed market in San Francisco right now. It would depend on the location and the price range that you would be competing in. South of Market Lofts are plentiful but if you're talking about a full flat in a Victorian with parking, you may be pleasantly suprised - Tue Jun 10 2008, 14:35
