At this time, listings must be represented by agents or brokers to be submitted to Trulia. If you are working with either, please direct your broker or agent to the link below to submit your listing information to us.

When I view my listings, not all the listing have the "Update Details" option. I need to change prices.

Hi Kathleen,

Only listings that you've submitted to us manually show this option and allow you to edit the listing information directly on our site. We must be receiving your other listings via a feed or a website crawl, in which case you need to make sure the prices are correct with those other sources. Once they are the prices should update on Trulia automatically.

I haven't been able to find your email address or name in our Customer Service database. To what address did you send your inquiry and from what address? If you don't want to post that information on Trulia Voices you can email it to me directly so I can try to locate the email you sent.

Hi Diane,

Yesterday I found that our staleness filter was preventing your listings from displaying live on our site. This filter goes into affect if listing information hasn't changed at all for a specified period of time. However I confirmed that your listings are indeed still active and stopped this filtering so they should now all be live again on Trulia.
