Yes. Sites such as Century21.com, Realtor.com and Craigslist.com are great resources. Contact me and I'll refer you to a good agent in the area. - Fri Jul 13 2007, 14:05

How can find the market value of house?

Ben Evers answered:
Ask a local Realtor! That's what they do all day long. They have the tools and experience. If you are a buyer there should be no additional charge to you for this. Expect the agent to want to represent you in the transaction. Contact me for guidelines as to choosing an agent. - Fri Jul 13 2007, 14:00

My wife and I own out of area real estate and we have found that local "bulletin board" websites are a good guide to what rentals are in any given area. We use Craigs List and similar sites with good results. - Fri Jul 13 2007, 13:47

I don't know the specifics of your home and/or neighborhood in Albuquerque but I believe that $599K is on the high side for the region. In a stagnant or reduced market buyers are not willing to pay "fair market value" for homes, especially when there is a larger than normal inventory. Make your home unique in a market of sameness. Especially "spiff" the front, curb appeal is usually the most overlooked item in home selling. Contact me if you would like more information and hepl with youe sale. - Fri Jul 13 2007, 13:41

where canyou get the most land with a home for 150k in N.C.

Ben Evers answered:
I've found that a site like Realtor.com offers a great opportunity to find aout of area properties. By using each search engines properties you can quickly get an idea of what property is worth and who the local agents to cantact are. Please call me or e-mail me and I can help you find an agent in North Carolina that would be a great help. While I currently live in California, my wife and I are having a home built in the Charlotte NC area. - Fri Jul 13 2007, 13:32
