"Yes, we closed on August 22nd we were already on our way to Florida when it closed. We sold it for $860,000.00 which was WAY, WAY over what a group of 5-6 realtor's told us was even possible. They also told us that without a Realtor we'd end up selling for a lot less, which was total BS. We were told by all of them that our listing price should be $730K to $799K. We sold with you for a lot more than everyone expected. Thanks again for a great job!
