After earning his J.D., Alan found his way to San Diego while pursuing his LL.M in Taxation at the University of San Diego School of Law. A member of the State Bar of California since 1998, Alan decided to forego his career as an attorney and pursue his true passion – real estate.

It all depends on what neighborhood downtown. In my opinion, there are seven distinct neighborhoods. (I split the East Village at G Street.) They are all vastly different in terms of prices and lifestyle. Looks like you're an agent yourself. What market(s) do you work? - Mon Sep 22 2008, 13:21
