San Diego is a great place to live! I know this because my family has been here for more than three generations. I am passionate about all things San Diego, and love to help newcomers find the right home in the perfect neighborhood for them! As an Acredited Buyer's Representative with Willis Allen Real Estate, I specialize in helping people located and purchase value oriented property in coastal San Diego, primarily the central coastal neighborhoods of Point Loma, Ocean Beach, Pacific Beach, Mission Beach, La Jolla, Mission Hills, Hillcrest, North Park, South Park, and University Heights. I work hard for my clients to provide personalized service and excellent results. I am never too busy to personally take your phone call or get you the information you need. Prior to my career in real estate, I was an executive at a large software company, so I use technology and the power of the internet to give my clients the best possible service. Call me to see how I can help you achieve your real estate dreams in America's finest city!

"Beth showed me a house that "I had to see," and it ended up being the one I bought after much looking with other realtors. I appreciated the thoroughness of her approach, and always felt like finding me a house that was a good fit was her priority. Highly recommended"

"Beth proved to be a fantastic realtor for my wife and I during our recent purchase process. She navigated the challenges of our being new to the area and my wife wanting to live downtown and I wanted to live in Carlsbad. With Beth´s help, we found the perfect home in Pacific Beach which addressed all of our needs."

There are certainly plenty of competent and ethical real estate practitioners out there. If you are going to be purchasing a property, not selling, you may want to check out the web site of the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council. This site (listed below) shows brokers and agents who have special training in helping buyers, and have earned the Accredited Buyer's Representative certification.
You should also pick someone who is familiar with the areas you are thinking of moving to. San Diego County is HUGE and there are lots of different places to live depending on where you'll be working, your interests, and tolerance for a commute. Our County can generally be divided into North County (Carlsbad, Oceanside, Encinitas, Carmel Valley, Del Mar, etc.), Central (Point Loma, the beaches, La Jolla, Clairemont, North Park, South Park, Hillcrest, Normal Heights, ), South Bay, (Chula Vista, Eastlake, National City), East County (La Mesa, El Cajon, Rancho San Diego), and the 15 Corridor (Poway, Escondido, Rancho Bernardo). So I would select a good Realtor who knows the part of the county you want to live in. If you need recommendations on what part of the county would be the best fit for you, feel free to contact me at (619) 300-0389. Good luck!

I concur with Denise at Coldwell Banker. Dana Logsdon Roofing has done work for several of my clients with older homes. He is reliable and reasonable. You can reach him at 619-390-8177 to schedule an estimate. Let me know if you need any more tradespeople for your older home.
