My name is Sandra Zambito I have lived in Southern California for more than
35 years. I am a full time Real Estate Professional and specialize in the
North San Diego County. I currently live in the gated community @ Woods
Valley, Valley Center where I enjoy my Real Estate career, entertaining,
traveling, playing golf and gardening.

I am a North County Expert and I will seek out every detail required for

I am an agent with Realty Executives, North San Diego County, we have alot of great properities available currently as I am sure you are aware of. I would be happy to meet with you to discuss what your criteria is. This depends on your bank, most banks are buried in REO's and NOD's, I would contact your bank and discuss your financial situation and see if you qualify for a Loan Modification or possible Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure or Short Sale. The length of time that you can continue to reside in the residence will depend on the banks backlog, it could be anywhere from 3 months to one year. I work here in North San Diego County, if would like me to consult with you and your bank give me a call. I currently have REO's, NOD's and Short Sale transactions and I will be happy to guide you. First of all I would contact a loan officer and discuss your current financial situation ie, income, expenses, taxes, credit score and work history and they will help you determine what you can qualify for before you take the next step.
