Only recent listing on Winnebago Avenue, San Diego CA 92117 is now in pending, list price was $324,900, actual sales price will be public record once property records. House was on the market for 13 days. House was bank owned property.

I can not get exact information without street number and I do not find any current listings at that price or for Twins Trail Court. There are several listings on Twin Trail Drive. Listings on the MLS average $250,000 so I presume the is an opening bid price for an auction. There are HOA fees for the area which appear to run around $240 per month. General construction for housing in that area appears to be around the year 1987.

I currently have a couple listings located in Mission Valley (central San Diego) that will go with VA funding. Depending if you are relocating for work, where you purchase a home in San Diego can be important with gas prices what they are and traffic issues always a concern.

As mentioned previously you should get the loan process started and once you have done that I would be glad to provide you information and recommendations about relocating and living in San Diego. I would be glad to either work with you directly or depending on the area of San Diego appropriate for you, recommend a qualified realtor in that area to assist you.

Sales commissions are not set and are negotiable. If you must sell in todays less than ideal real estate market I suggest you interview several real estate agents, good agents will be able to analyze your situation and help you make sound business decisions.

I offer a 5-4-3 variable sales commission that might be something that works for you as a seller, as well as offering buyers additional incentives that make homes we list more enticing and marketable to buyers.

An alternative solution if the numbers work is to remain using the property as a rental until the market becomes for favorable for selling. We offer property management services at very reasonable rate that might relieve some of the pressure and angst of being a hands-on landlord.
