Question removed

Denise Aquila answered:
In California commissions are negotiable. However, you need to realize the commission is the agent's salary and that to be in business there are certain expenses that are always paid by the agent. The entire commission rarely, if ever, goes entirely to the agent. Also, the commission you pay will often times be directly affected by the service you receive as well as be reflective of the professionalism of the agent. Sometimes cheaper isn't better but paying more is no guarantee either. You should feel confident your agent has your best interests at heard. - Fri Sep 11 2009, 08:29
