I met Cliff in 1989 when I was a young realtor. The breath and depth of his knowledge regarding real estate transactions was very impressive back then and in light of the increased degree of complexity inherent in today’s real estate transactions, his knowledge is even more astounding. My husband and I bought a home in a very complex market following the attacks of September 11th. The market following those attacks became rather unpredictable and listings were scarce.
